Best Pizza Express in Northumberland

How things change, we tried this place a few weeks ago and had a nice pizza. Fast forward to Saturday night and the pizza arrived 20mins late, stone cold with a horrible soggy base. The chips were just a cold lump of mush that could easily have been mashed potato, I really couldn't tell you what they were ? They did however go straight into the bin ! I tried to warm the pizza gently in the oven but by that time it was starting to get too crispy. I managed to pick a few edible bits but the rest went in the bin... I won't be back - ever !

Nice food but took hours to arrive a real shame

Absolutely horrendous it does not even deserve 1 star but can't select 0 or - whether you order delivery or collection expect to double the wait time they tell you thats if they even remember you ordered then don't expect any customer service was told an hour to collect a small order went in for the time they said was told it was not ready when simply asked how long the reply they gave was " if you don't like it go somewhere else" that's the best advice to give anyone

Always very fresh and delicious!!Have tried dozens of time and always upto the mark!!Best part is its being halal!!Very reasonable prices and variety of options available including kebabs, pizzas, calzones, chips and drinks!!A nice option in Ashington where you find difficulty to find halal option!!

Gets orders wrong and when you ring up to say orders wrong he blames the lass behind the counter. Talks to staff like they are something he just stood in. Delivery takes anywhere from 1.5- 2 + hours to arrive.Ordered a few weeks ago 2 hrs later it arrived and was totally wrong, delivery driver had gone so phoned up and said i would come to collect correct order put will require delivery money back. Arrived at take away to collect correct order and was told "it was her fault" by the owner. When i asked for deliver money back owner took an attitude and slammed the till and gave me 1third of the delivery costOrdered tonight took 1.5 hours to arrive, once arrived order what wrong delivery driver took it back. 1 hour later still awaiting replacement by the time it arrived the rest of the order what spoilt as they only replaced incorrect pizzaLost customer as i will not use again, feel sorry for the staff to have to but up with the way he talks to them. One little arrogant owner who thinks he knows best

Was totally disgusted by the customer service as the staff were not wearing the correct PPE protective equipment when I had to pick up my kebab that was left off the order then was total not to come again how Rudy I will be seeing the local council as they made me feel very uncomfortable about asking for what I had paid for I do hope they can correct there wrong doing as $8 for frozen chips and a chicken breast is in my opinion beening taking. Advantage of (ripped off)........

absolutley horrendous to place an order at 6pm and not recieve it till 8pm. we won't be ordering from here again.

Explained to person serving me that food needs to be well cooked. The food was perfectly done to my liking. Next time I will ask for medium rare.... For my lamb...

Pizza not cooked properly base still a bit raw. Wrap tastes weird so can't eat that either. Very disappointed.Ordered through just eat website menu stated spend over certain amount and receive free margarita or garlic bread with cheese. Didn't arrive with delivery. And driver apparently knew nothing about it. Tried to ring shop back about missing items and quality of food only to be ignored. Definitely won't be using again seems like was cooked in a rush and is inedible. Pop down to Toscana or amazing pizza down the road. Food is far better quality.wouldnt feed this meal to my dogs. Very poor service I wouldn't recommend

Placed an order for £16.60...therefore expected the free garlic bread with cheese (orders over £15)...did not get it, i asked the delivery driver where is it and he knew nothing about it. Rang the shop again and again with no answer!The Kabab pizza with chilli base was badly undercooked and badly cut up!Kabab wrap tasted off and was coldTry another takeaway, this one is terrible and disappointing!
