First time tonight ordering the customer service was fantastic unlike antep which I rang before what a arrogant well I will not say so I rang you and I can not fault you on food as well as customer service the best I say

Ordered food, asked for garlic and they gave me chilli. Paid £7.70 for 7 bits of meat. What a fooking joke! Don't order from here

Fast efficient service with plenty of filings. It took 2 adults two days to finish the extra large mixed kebab reasonably priced too

Worst donner and chicken wraps going, barly any meat, chicken was not good. Kebab was tiny little leftover trimmings. Please don't but there wraps.

This place has gone down hill... This used to be a great pizza place but it has of late been very poor. The lack of hygiene is a worry to say the least. I won't b back until it is under new ownership...

Left 1 star as no option for none. Absolutely didgusted at the service from here. We order frequently from here yet after tonight i will never order again . We recieved half our order and the delivery guy did off like Michael Schumacher so we rang the shop . We were basically accused of lying as the girl on the phone.. who had zero manners by the way ... reckons she over heard us say we had it. So after an hour and a half later and being hung up on twice by the management we were told if you want a refund go to just eat. Absolute disgraceful way to treat a regular customer or any customer for that matter. This will not be left here as we have no food yet they have our money ...... avoid at all costs

Ordered food through just eat, only half was delivered phoned restaurant and was given a load of rubbish as an excuse. Ordered from chello's for years and have never been treat like this, will never order from here again. £25 out of pocket. Poor service, owner was no help or interested that he provided a poor service. Avoid at all cost as they are 'too busy to care' as I was informed and I need to request a refund from just eat for a poor service from chello

Pizzas were still tasty but not quite on par with previous visits. I also feel along with both my two sons, that there was less topping on than previously. Also the guy telling staff what to do & interfering with service, could be a lot more friendly & maybe even crack a smile while taking your money. All other staff no complaints.

Disappointing in all honesty. Large kebab consisted of a box of scraps of meat and a tub of salad the size of some other take away's garlic sauce tubs, no garlic sauce came with kebab despite asking and pitta bread was as hard as a rock.I ordered two kebab wraps, wrap being in the name... Not a tortilla sort of mangled into some tinfoil so it spills it's garlic sauce and other contents directly onto you the minute you try and open it. Can't believe I was charged £1.80 for a salad the size of a muffin box and a pitta bread. I'll not be bothering again

Asked for small portion of kebab meat and chips with 2 small sauces and a can of pop came to £6.60. Meat was dry as hell and for frozen chips they were soggy. Definitely won't be going back in a hurry. ( 1 star is too good for the place)
