Chocolate Spa in Northumberland

First time I've shopped with the chocolate spa, alnwick (online). I am very happy and would definitely use again! Ordered yesterday and my order came today, all items well wrapped and lovely presentation too. Thank you for the freebies! What a nice touch (since I won't get to try any of the chocs as they are all gifts). Thank you again, highly recommended!

Excellent service every time. They carry a good range of products and the staff are friendly. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the specialty diet and allergen status of their products, and during lockdown they have operated a great local delivery service

Really nice coffee and milkshakes. Good selection of chocolate to choose from. Really friendly staff.

Bought some take out drinks as we had the dogs with us. They were very nice! Called back later on in the day for some salted caramel dark truffles after trying a sample - delicious! A friendly little shop.

A lovely cappuccino and hot choc. A bright little spot by the window and tempting chocolates all around.

In the centre of Alnwick and a great place to grab a coffee or delicious thick hot chocolate. Lovely salted caramel shortbread topped with nuts, great with your coffee. Good selection of small gifts that are a bit different and delicious chocolates, especially the salted caramel truffles.

As nice as Everything looked in there and as nice as the smell was and how pleasant the staff were. I've paid almost £3 for a chocolate called "Milk of the Gods" And I'm disgusted to find that despite the description on the box saying "Creamy milk chocolate" the contents were Dark Chocolate!I hate Dark Chocolate and after expecting to taste something beyond gorgeous I've just spat out a mouthful of this £3 50 gram chocolate.I know it wasn't much money, but it's been wasted. Disgusting.

Fantastic service, superb quality of chocolate. We were on holiday in Northumberland when we visited the Chocolate Spa and we were not disappointed. We bought a box of 22 chocolates for our son Dan and he loved them! Best chocolate we have ever tasted.Need to get some more.

Disappointed. 2 tables and small selection of chocolates, which were more London prices. No comparison to a Belgium or swiss chocolate shop
