Fabulous, very helpful and friendly staff, delicious Eggs Benedict and filter coffee (including a free top up!). Really lovely and quaint inside (I loved the little noise stoppers on the chairs!) and a fantastic shop inside too, highly recommend a visit!

Nice surprise! We couldn’t park in Amble and fell upon this place. We had warmed homemade scones and coffee. Fresh and very tasty. Loved browsing round the shop. Not just antiques there are some lovely gift ideas too. As soon as customers left staff were sanitising chairs and tables. Looked like some customers were regulars. Says a lot

An interesting combination of tea room and antique shop. The cafe was clean, well presented and with a good menu. The service was quick and friendly. There is a ramp for disabled access which I found a great help. One important feature is that is dog friendly, so gets my vote as a place to revisit.

Been going there for about 3 months, they say no breakfast after 1130.But you can have bacon/eggs/beans/toast. Pathtetic. People like these are not worth giving your money to.After eating today, they made a big fuss of not wanting to do proper food after 1130 ????? The place is full of dogs, there has been times there was more dogs than people in there. They do clean the place, but we would only go with old cloths on as you could smell the place.Like a dog compound.Only once was a request to cook the bacon a bit more, we had asked for crispy as they call it. We could see by the owners wife she was not happy with the request, and ever since nothing but bad vibes, not even a hello or goodbye. There is plenty of nice places in Amble so no need to give money to ungrateful people.

Very nice little cafe, first time I've been here and found the staff friendly and pleased to see you. Good menu and excellent coffee, reasonably priced well worth a visit.

·

Fabulous place. Busy cafe with home cooked food, along side an eclectic shop full of local traders, selling everything from crafts to vintage.
