Cost Coffee in Northumberland

Drive through was badly worked the order point was not working and poor service at the psy zone

Excellent coffee as usual and cake was ok, staff friendly

Quite busy but service was quick and efficient. Great coffee, as always.

You need to clean your air conditioning fans they are thick of dust and are health and safety hazard for people with allergies and not a good look..your coffee is lovely but this let's this cafe down...please keep.them switched off until they are cleaned

As always Costa drinks lovely but customer service not too great. Toilets had a big puddle on the floor and not very clean

Had a mint aero hot chocolate and a fajita wrap. Both were lovely in taste.The interior, after being recently decorated, is bright and refreshing whilst also comfortable.

Cake was dry. Floor and tables needed cleaning. Rubbish stacked up next to the entrance that leads to behind the counter.

Amazing staff, always helpful with positive attitude. Pleasure to be there, especially after recent renovation.

Nice clean shop. Lovely staff. Large selection of food. Tasty cakes and biscuits. The drinks are a tad pricey but it's the norm for that kind of chain. Love the iced and blended drinks but I'm sure they've changed the way they do them, my last one wasn't great.
