Costa Coffee in Northumberland

Amazing service from a lovely gentleman 01/2/22 6.30am. Was so kind and definitely started my day off amazingly. Definitely the best way to start the morning, good coffee and amazing customer service!

Nice drinks, staff are lovely and there is a decent amount seating over two floors.

I was served by a lovely lady called kia today. She was so accommodating and went way above her role to help me. Thank you so much for your kindness it really meant a lot when I was having such a bad day!

Love our regular visits to this place. Course always great, rooms comfortable bar service and food excellent. Unfortunately I left a couple of things in the room but no luck getting through to the team by phone despite leaving messages

We had had worst filter coffee ever in this branch which was cold and watery! The staff were nice and friendly though, which is unusual for a Costa.

Staff were friendly and attentive when ordering and making food. Did notice with the number of staff on and volume of customers available, staff didnt have the time to clean tables upstairs as thoroughly as they did downstairs... overall great experience

Lovely place to hangout with friends and family. Personally i love the cafe mocha here. You must give it a try here. Although i didn't like the seating arrangement but it's satisfactory.
