As a first time customer,Food arrived late, and lukewarm. The pizzas was very salty, the chips was dry, the garlic sauce was milky and not that tasty. 2** is a complimentary review considering the Services and food was pretty poor, Crustys im sorry you need to up your game. Will not be returning.

We give the bad reviews the benefit of the dough. But after trying it last night we were disappointed.. Back to the drawing board.

Ordered donner kebab and salad /chilli and garlic bread with cheese , food delivered with only donner meat , the complete order missing salad/chilli and garlic bread rang the shop got spoken to rude on phone . Said rest of the order would be sent , what good was kebab meat 25 minates later when rest of order came , very rude staff missing food will not order again

I have ordered every week for years from this place and is steadily gone downhill. This week we waited two hours then rang up to find out why it was so long. “We’ve had a problem it wil be another 20 minutes” in other words they have forgotten. Well I won’t be ordering again. Their reply? “That’s fine” disgraceful. I rang back to ask why they were so flippant about this as I have been a great customer. I said this is not what I expected. The call taker said “ I’m not bothered to be honest” and hung up.

Had a bad experience from here last night. I wont be ordering from here again. We waited 1 and a half hours for food before I called them. I was told the food was on the way 20 mins later still no food.( I live 5 mins away). Rang again to be told the driver had dropped my food and they were cooking more, if this was the case they knew I was waiting so why didnt they ring me and let me know. The food then took another 15 mins to get here. The pizza we ordered was very overcooked and the parmesan was also overcooked. I ordered a mixed wrap but all it had in was some very dry chicken not a single piece of kebab meat at all. The delivery driver then didnt have any change so I ended up paying more than I should have for a shocking service. When I tried to call the shop to complain the phone was constantly engaged.

Worst kebab I've had, like strips of leather, got it on sat, I'm sure it was from Friday. Kiev pizza that didn't appear to have any garlic in it! definitely won't be back there

Had a lovely pizza and garlic bread delivered prompt and it was lovely. Also if I can mention that the staff are really lovely too and went the extra mile and got the delivery to us quicker than they said. Thanks very much will be ordering again very soon, highly recommended.
