Dilshad Tandoori Indian Takeaway in Northumberland

After a disappointing day we decided to get a takeaway, my hubby suggested Dilshad as we heard they had recently won an award. Indian food isn't normally my favourite but he couldn't have chosen better. All the food was so fresh and delicious. My highlight were the pakoras, so light and crispy, the food was so much better than I expected. We'll definitely go back.

Awesome takeaway. Very well priced for the quality of the food. We only ever order from here.

Very watery curries and everything cold.

Last few times I've been disappointed...cold main and old chips after ordering early. Used to love ordering from here but no longer.

I’ve really enjoyed having my meal just coming back from a holiday. This is now my third time trying and have never failed to make make me happy. Always on time and has always been hot .

After reading on Facebook This Indian takeaway won an award, must give my honest opinion that food was average chicken curry was watery & garlic Nan bread was supermarket quality,. not be visiting again a big disappointment ☹️

Brilliant food defo worth the wait. Everything I had ordered was Red hot and worth the price. Most definitely recommend the lamb naga.

The food is excellent but its just a small shop so there's quite a wait at prime times, I waited half an hour for mine
