Dominoes Pizza Cramlington in Northumberland

I ordered on line for collection instead of my usual delivery. Got text saying ready in 8 mins. Got there after 10mins to be told the chicken strips would be 5 mins. 10 mins later I was told they had just been put in and would be 5 mins. The girl was very apologetic but didn't make them any quicker. Different pizza co next time.

Shocking! Large order placed for delivery after numerous phone calls and various excuses still no pizzas 90 minutes later after delivery time, ended up going in and demanding the pizzas which were then made when in the store. Really poor service

no sauce on one half of the pizza a fist full of jalapeños in the middle which mostly fell off when you picked up a slice probably because there was hardly any cheese on it. Can’t put topping to the edge of the crust and a personal pizza is just a crust with a teaspoon of cheese in the middle... can you put the prices up again please I’m sure you can charge more than £25 for a pizza!

Always a convenient place to stop for pizza, reasonably priced with some good deals too. Efficient service, for tasty food and all round good experience. Do fix the front door though - it's freezing in January and pretty unpleasant having to wait with that draught.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza a few days ago and requested extra mushrooms...obviously i had to pay for them. Got home...if I hadn't had ordered extra mushrooms there wouldn't have been any at all!!!!! The advert on TV portrays a pizza FULL of toppings...juicy and cheesy... This is not the case at this branch in Cramlington. I'm happy to pay for anything but I hate being ripped off!

Pizza was good customer service shocking. I stood whilst 3 members of staff made pizzas and giggled that they'd not opened the door for the delivery guy. They continued their convo and left me at the counter and their colleague outside in the rain for about 3/4 minutes. Luckily I was served after their inane conversation continued but this man was still left standing outside. Looked like bullying to me.

Quickly served n made in ten mins. Sharp guys very sharp.

To the guy who served me today, thank you so much.I went in yesterday and ordered a vegetarian pizza (I can’t have dairy so this is my only option) with pepperoni on and explained that it’s purely due to dairy.She refused to make the order I had asked for and ended up with something different.Today I had decided to try again and was granted my order and it turned out lovely, thank you for catering to my dietary restrictions and still making me an awesome pizza!Give this guy a raise and some praise!!(so sorry I didn’t get your name but I thanked you in the store today)

I honestly don't know how Domino's keep trading, the pizzas are short on toppings and are massively overpriced. I made the mistake of calling in for a pizza and I soon remembered why I give this place a wide berth...

I've given two stars because the pizzas bought from the shop are generally ok but delivered pizzas are bad. Delivered pizzas often require reheating. Also they are often short on cheese and taste of cardboard.
