Double Taste in Northumberland

Double taste???? More like no taste, what a pile of garbage!Will never order again, what the hell did you guys make? It was cold and the carton was swimming in oil!!That was never freshly made, it was a left over order and you have forwarded it on!Even if it had been fresh there was only half a carton there, bloody disgrace, it ended up in the bin!Do yourselves a favour guys and spend your money elsewhere, this place is a dive!

Good if you like your curry to consist of 50% oil. Or you only want peas and sweetcorn in your vegetable pilau rice. Tastes like a bought in sauce rather than freshly made.

Always order from here, have done for years..Top notch food and generous portions.Banquet family meal is a bargain!

Been going to this Indians for 18 years but last nights meal was not good at all chicken buna no real taste ate half and garlic nans were half cooked ( couldn't eat) so didn't go down well I had chicken tikka masala sauce was exceptionally sweet so meal still in fridge kemana was lovely but all in all very disappointing so unfortunately will not be returning

I'm aware taste is very subjective. I have had (lost count how many times) their (lamb and chicken) biryaanis and each time I am wow'd! Nuff said!

Absolutely amazing! Delicious, good quality meats, generous portions and incredibly good value for money. I’m blown away and so relieved that FINALLY we’ve found our “go to” Indian takeaway! 🙏🏽

Wow!The food is absolutely fantastic here. I used to work in an Indian restaurant and I've finally found one that's on par to it. Firstly the prices are brilliant for the food you get, I've always found curries that are meh abit hit and miss either it's too oily or watery. These curries are thick and they are generous with their meat. Me and my partner came on a snowy Friday and ordered the family meal and the 14" chef's special pizza( fancied something different) which totalled up to £26 . The staff were really lovely and as they were bringing the food out to us the chef opened and displayed the pizza to ensure that it was what we wanted.
