Long wait to be served as only 1 person was serving. Ordered chicken skewers with a fruity sauce. The chicken was either very dry or like jelly in parts. I disliked the sauce so asked the lady waitress who was walking around if I could have a little pot of different sauce as the one I chose wasn't really that nice. She said no you have to have the one you ordered. I thought this was bad customer service as how are you supposed to know what the different sauces taste like?? Chicken was hard to eat without a sauce, left most of it.My son had burger, which was really dry to eat too. Had to try smother in ketchup to eat it. Even then left over half of it.So between the bad customer service and dry awful food, it has helped make me choice not to visit again.

Poor. No atmosphere. I wanted roast beef but roast beef dinner ends at 3pm. If I was in Europe, USA or Canada I could have what I wanted when I wanted. It's on the Sunday menu. Asked for fresh orange and Lemonade, no orange. I had steak and ale pie, which was tasty, but I had to hunt for the steak. I have given 2 stars because my husband did enjoy his meal. Nonetheless we won't be back

Really enjoyed our meal and the service was relaxed and efficient and the pub itself was clean, nicely decorated and had a good atmosphere. Spoke to the manageress in passing and had a friendly and welcoming conversation. Really like this pub.

Been here for a few meals over time, Nice atmosphere with accommodating staff. Good range of food on the menu and very generous portion sizes too! Service is prompt, we enjoy being able to use the Greene King app but ordering at the bar is also an option. We had one particular server who was very lovely and talkative, unfortunately I didn't grab her name but she made my dessert and brought it out to me then came to check in to see how it was (admittedly, sweet potatoes as a pudding is odd - but actually very nice!)

Friendly staff, quick service, and lots of covid safety measures in place (screens, tables a few metres apart, staff wearing masks etc). It's also really accessible for disabled people and great place to visite before or after going to the nearby cinema

7 of us went for Christmas Dinner. I can't fault it at all! None of us can. Dinner potions were HUGE. Staff amazing and attentive. Definitely do Christmas Dinner there next year. We'll done seven oaks!

Food, drinks and staff were all great and we were served promptly. The only reason for losing a star is that we were all 8 of us sat in our coats with our hats on due to the restaurant being so cold. However I believe this was caused due to a problem with the heating system. All in all good quality food at very reasonable prices and I would recommend it to a friend.

Went here 7pm Wednesday night. We had big plate curry's. Nothing was big about it. Don't know if this is under a new manager or what. Tiny portion of curry. Nan bread what nan bread. Chips five or six. After regularly eating here may try again but if same outcome won't be back.

I chose to come here over going to wetherspoons and really wish I hadn't. I ordered 3 kids meals and was highly disappointed with what my kids received. My daughter wanted lasagne but I was told they were sold out which was fair enough so I ordered her pizza and chips. The pizza was literally a Chicago town microwaveable pizza and she got about 10 chips. I ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my youngest son and could have literally got a better meal at mcdonald's for cheaper and with the drink included. My oldest son had a burger which looked rather dry but he seemed to enjoy it after putting some mayonnaise on it. The beans were probably the only thing on the plates that were OK but can't really go wrong with tinned beans right. I don't think I will be going back to this place as there is no value for money here and food is terrible. Would have rather made them something at home. £3.49 for microwave pizza and a few chips. Not even a drink included. Shocking.

Ordered on the app, food and drinks were brought over in good time. The restaurant is clean and airy. Friendly staff. We'll be back.
