Jethro's in Northumberland

Jethro's is a small sandwich and cake shop but certainly punches above its weight. The ordering of a buffet could not be simpler and the quality of the food was outstanding. The owners give the food their personal touch, with much of the fare being painstakingly home made and very tasty indeed. This is a gem in a small northern town that deserves the highest compliments. If you are passing, call in and sample what they have to offer. You will get a warm welcome, that's for sure. Thank you Jethro's.

Cute little shop in a small town. The salads were good and the ice cream was delicious! Great place to visit if you ever stop by in Haltwhistle to Hadrian’s wall, only a 5 min walk from Haltwhistle train station!

Great friendly service, good prices, and good hearty food. I had the Scottish breakfast to take away, with Lorne sausage & black pudding. Just what you need if tracking or cycling the beautiful countryside. Recommended

Delicious, delicious, delicious....don't hesitate. Their sandwiches and homemade coleslaw really hit the spot. Really reasonably priced too. Will definitely return next time we are in the area. Friendly staff.
