We ordered small cod and small chips and it was more than enough to eat. The food came in boxes so it was easy to carry it back to where we were staying and it was still hot when we got there and very tasty.

I ordered pie peas and chips the meal was very good but service poor I asked the girl at front for my order she said someone with you in a min 5more passed and still had to ask her again till finally someone came through to serve me

Fish was so tough, I've never had fish like it.... However staff were really good..

Went to get some fish and chips for my grandparents and I was pretty shocked at the cost, £19.70 plus 10p for a bag for 2 portions of fish and chips with batter and a smokey sausage on it's own. Once getting home my grandma said they had forgot the batter and there was no salt and vinegar on like I had asked for. I decided to ring up because the woman dealing with my order seemed to lack customer service skills to say the least so I was already unhappy. I rang up politely saying that they had forgot the batter and salt and vinegar on both portions and it was rather disappointing given the price they had paid. I was replied with "well what do you want me to do about it? have you not got it at home to put on yourself" No we don't have batter sat around at home or vinegar but we did have salt. What a thing to say though no apologies or anything...

I herd about this place a lot and l just wanted to try it. I don't know if it was our luck when we 1st ordered fish & chips as it was very nice and clean oil.The second time wasn't so good the oil was not clean you could see, the 3rd time unfortunately was the same, the oil was very dirty and will not be going back there.

I went to this place and ordered a kebab I was absolutely astounded when I witnessed the man weighing my meat never again. Never in all my life have I bought a kebab and watched my meat being weighed absolute joke like it was the very best of venison and all it was was kebab meat nothing special taste wise and the portion was terrible. Never returning here stay clear unless you want your kebab meat weighed hehe greed I have since found out they charge you for batter scraps unbelievable

Shockingly I had 3 pound on my bank card. Working close by chippy. Wouldn't let me use my card for a chip butty,so went with out food today and I'm working. Because of this... I will never use the shop again. 5 pound limit... rip off.

The lady who served me was lovely and friendly. The food which was top quality in the past has been hit and miss the last few times we have been here. Sometime the chips are lovely sometimes they are horrible. Guess it depends on how busy they are if the chips been lying for a while. Fish under cooked last time too.

Fish and Chips, what an absolute stunner. The fish is huge, and the chips to go with it, chunky and delicious. I didn't even have to wait. Outstanding. I wish I'd took a picture to share my feast. Thank You

Exemplary food, fish and chips done to perfection. Minor delivery error sorted out without fuss, you can always measure a company’s honour by how they deal with mistakes. First class acumen and first class food. Highly recommended.
