After using this takeaway every week for the past few years I was very disappointed when I waited 1 hour 40 mins for a delivery. when I phoned to find out where my order was i was told it was out on delivery, 20 mins later and still no delivery I phoned up again to be told my order slip had fallen on the floor and my order hadn’t even been started. Don’t appreciate being lied too and am obviously not a valued customer ..........won’t be using them again.

Well after theyou didn't deliver 100 percent of my order forgetting my daughters chips we waited from 18:33 till 19:45 for a bag of chip once they arrive they were all soggy and sweaty and the rest of our food was cold because we weren't going to eat without my daughter I am absolutely disgusted that it took this long to deliver a portion of chips (down the road from one end of cramlington to the other) after they forgot I rang to complain that it took so long and they replied the delivery man has just left to deliver then which is a blatant lie!!! I will never order from this place again. Disgusting service
