Excellent service and food. Fitted us in on Good Friday, the cod and chips was brilliantly cooked and the sticky toffee pudding looked and tasted divine. Thanks for a great meal.

Great staff, friendly and mostly efficient. Fillet steak with peppercorn sauce was delicious and didn't cost a small fortune.

Picked this restaurant last minute and owners made the effort to accommodate us even though they were very busy.Lovely fresh food and veg, had garlic prawns to start then duck in orange my parter had filo pastry parcels stuffed with cheese then lamb cutlets with a tasty crumb on top, every dish was delicious and cooked to perfection.Will certainly return if we're in the area.Met the Scottish chef and his partner at the end of meal had had a grand wee blether.

A lovely little place, tucked off the main street. We landed lucky with a window table on a sunny day. Great fish and chips with lovely service, even knocking up some curry sauce as the wife likes it with her chips!

Always hard to find somewhere to suit everyone,but this came up trumps and we had 4 different delicious meals.I was very impressed by the chef who appeared to offer me gluten free batter for my fish.Makes such a difference!

Super tasty meals here. 3 of us all had superb meals. I ordered a pork belly slow roast and it was falling apart tender. Tasty and perfect for a cold day.

Lovely food ,excellent venue and really friendly helpful staff. Decent value food and a nice range of options on menu. Drinks are available and a bonus was that they do half portions of the meals for children or those that have smaller appetites. Restaurant is over several floors with restrooms available. Not easily visible to find as it's situated through a cut by the square leading to part of the town but it is worth it.

Really enjoyed our meal in this lovely little restaurant. The front of house staff were fantastic, very attentive but not overbearing.The food itself was really good.I had steak and my wife had the Chicken with Asparagus and Brie. We can highly recommend both.We will definitely be returning next time we stay in Alnwick.

Fabulous food. The potato skins were better than anywhere else I've had them. Lovely staff and very clean.
