Little Mexico in Northumberland

Great place, highly recommended.Picked up a collection order for 6 people, it is all so freshly made you need to call ahead for big orders. I was advised against certain dishes that wouldn't've travelled well. I appreciated that immensely and will make sure I visit Hexham to get some fresh soft tacos.The food was great, really fresh, portions were good. Definitely a place I plan to eat inside in the future, the decor was lovely and the staff very friendly.

Really excellent authentic Mexican food served by very friendly owner and staff in a charmingly decorated restaurant with cool salsa sounds. The Power Up healthy smoothie is amazing. Great value too and highly recommended.

First time visitors, we had takeaway food (burritos and quesadillas) so while waiting sampled the Mexican coffee.Food fantastic, coffee very unusual but very tasty. Staff lovely warm and welcoming.Will return and sit in next time.

I ordered from here multiple times and always had something wrong with my order. It's either incorrectly priced, overpriced, cold, or just straight up tasteless food.I got the mega nachos, which was a huge let down as it seemed like a single portion at best!Also, don't bother with the wraps, as I'm pretty sure they are Old El Paso box wraps with a huge price increase.My advice is to stay clear and order elsewhere. Or make wraps at home to the same standard.Don't bother to complain, as you will be turned away by the rude owner

Brilliant little place. Everything fresh & home made. Tacos made from scratch and were delicious. Very accommodating for all dietary requirements. Great prices, lovely staff. Most authentic Mexican I’ve been to in UK. People of Hexham you are very lucky !

Delicious coffee and chocolate and huevos rancheros with a medium-high degree of authenticity. Would visit again

You look on Google maps and see the name of this place and it also says "Top rated"...and so it should be.The food is simply fantastic, the staff helpful and the owner, such a nice guy.Hexham itself is a gorgeous town.A highly recommended place to eat and good luck to them in the future.

Great Mexican food and a warm welcome from the staff. Lovely vibe with salsa music in the background and equally good salsa on the homemade nachos. Will be back to try the breakfast specials. Well done guys!

The best Mexican food around and the owners are very friendly, which creates a great atmosphere.We visited on a Thursday afternoon, there were plenty of seats and decor is really cool. Prices are reasonable for authentic Mexican produce.Update: since our initial review we’ve been back quite a few times and it has never been short of amazing, both the service and food are top quality. Genuinely a gem of a place.
