Have always been very loyal to this Chinese however after last night never again! We travel from blyth to collect food never had any issues with orders but last night after getting home we seen our order was wrong, wrong meal and two things missing. Rang up to explain and asked for the couple of other things we had ordered to be replaced. (We’re not talking meals, it was simply some rice, chips and sauce that would have gone cold once we travelled back to collect the correct food) Absolutely not I was told! They would only replace the meal that was wrong. So after it being their mistake they expect me to eat half our tea cold!! So I told them they could have there food back and I wanted a full refund. This was agreed. Unbelievable that they actually did this and chose to loose not only ours but our family’s custom who have been going here for years. All over their mistake. A very rude young man on the desk who said he did not have time for this, no time to ensure the customers who pay towards his wages are happy with what they’ve spent their money on! So angry and disappointed!!!

Excellent food always delivered on time and hot. Never had a disappointing meal and they always accommodate any needs

Every time I'm forced to order from here I'm disappointed. Twice when ordering just before closing i have been given a different, cheaper order or chips and gravy despite being the only person there.

Absolutely discusted with this Place Tryed here be4 and the got my order completely Wrong,Thaught I would give them another chance today to get the Same as last time Wrong order, Phoned up and when I told the Lad on the Phone he Laughed at me and told me I was a Lier,Would not recommend the Place at all

Go to Aldi and get spaghetti hoops add some soy sauce 10 times better

Food is delicious, second to none. Customer service from the 'lady' tonight appalling! I WILL be speaking to management

Absolutely no problems with this takeaway food ordered and came within 20mins, food was nice and hot. Definitely go back to this one

😔 it's a discrase that when you get in from work and make an order to be delivered and to be told every time it'll take 45 to 1hr and it takes an hour and a half everytime what is the point in ordering Chinese food for your tea but mite as well have it for your breakfast.

One of the best Chinese takeaways in Cramlington. Has been here for over twenty years and had regularly been providing good food. I don't know about the delivery service as I always go to the shop but the food is always piping hot and we've never had a bad order.

Words can't describe how poor this meal was.Ordered chicken balls which had barely been cooked so much so that the batter felt like a sauce.The chow mein was so bad it smelt off, we didn't even try this as it was for my 10 year old daughter.The chicken curry was rubbery and looked lik it had never been near a panThe only decent item was the prawn crackers.This food was so bad we actually threw it in the bin and went for a pizza instead.I wil never try this place again and I advise that you don't take the risk I truly belive if we had eating this meal especially the chow mein we would have been very very sick.
