Marks & Spencer Cafe in Northumberland

Very pushy staff asking me if I am buying anything after I've been sitting down for 5 mins - not good, I'm leaving now..!!!

Couldn't fault my latte and sister's strawberry shortcake milk shake. Nice ambience.

No much choice of food. Morriston cafe is better

About what you'd expect from M&S. The decaf coffee is quite nice and mild which is how I like it. It doesn't have that sour note that you often find with decaf as they have individual sachets. They have oat milk too. The vegan options are a bit lacking, particularly for snacks, but from going to the Silverlink one I think they usually have at least one vegan meal. I was just having a drink today.

Nice cafe very handy but bought a scone and coffee but was unable to butter the scone without it falling apart not sure how long that was on the shelf for

Very friendly staff I went to the Caffè and was very happy with my coffee. This store is accessible to the bus station through the food department and I come here when ever I visit Newcastle.

How penible can M&S be after all this time to put on the door entrance mask requir.They put the sight this week.I just wonder in based of what they put this sight this week ?

Food as usual was superb however the surroundings leave a little to be desired. A bit tired and old fashioned, especially for the centre of Newcastle. I suppose it was a wet Sunday when we visited but it all seemed a bit drab. The saving grace was the lovely soup and excellent mushroom and emmental toastie. Delicious!
