Mcdonald's Restaurants in Northumberland

Food wash fresh and hot, but waited nearly 20 minutes for it. I had to go in and see why there was a delay. Only ordered a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal and sausage and egg mcmuffin meal.Other than that the place was clean and tidy staff polite. I ordered through the app. Maybe better going inside.

Went to the Drive Through for breakfast, slick service and good value as all McDonald's breakfast meals are.

Used the drive through to grab some lunch via the app. Good quick service, staff pleasant, food HOT and great coffee. Overall, great experience! 👍

I went the other day, I loved it, but I received a burger with just the patty and the bun, I had ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese but my burger had no cheese and wasn't double! I am crying over this!!!

At best luke warm fries and a practically tepid burger. Don't really know what the fuss is about. 2nd or 3rd time I've had food from this place and I've never enjoyed it. I'd not bother unless you are really desperate. The toilets were clean though. Had great expectations for their coffee... again... was disappointed.

Probably the best fast food outlet I have been in for a long time...reasons:- location, parking, organised site, excellent condition property and fittings ( decor) very polite and we'll dressed staff, and I sat watching the cleaning staff carefully clean inside and outside the waste disposal stations. good standards . I even got a goodbye on the way out....I had a latte, fries and an apple pie. They all tasted alot better than expected compared to other McD outlets

Not great. Alnwick McDonalds..."Home of the Hairy BIG MAC" I tried a chicken big mac and it had somebody's hair in it..... they did replace it but the damage was done by then

Nice and clean, got the order right. What more can you ask for

Used disabled toilet and as you can see from the photos if a person fell forward how are they going to reach the cord when it's nearly 3ft off the floor there also should be paper towels but weren't any and no soap dispenser to wash your hands good customer service polite and quick it would have been more stars but the disabled toilet needs soughting out

Good quick service at the drive throu. Food hot and nicely prepared. Nice to see a good children's play area. Conveniently placed next to the A1.🍔🍟 (was 5☆)Updated review (now 3☆) .... only ordered 1 item a decaf tea from here but was left very unsure if it was or not. Lady said when we commented that there was no mention of decaf on the label that "we only do 1 type of tea bag here". If that is the case I find it hard to believe that the 1 type of tea bag is a decaf one. I was left very confused about this and ended feeling dissatisfied as I could not drink the tea. I would no longer recommend 😕☕
