McDonald's in Northumberland

Got given a McFlurry without any sauce on it and it was melted and was half full. I had told the worker that there was no sauce in my galaxy caramel McFlurry and they said to me I had eaten it even though I had just been handed the mcflurry. Not happy. At all. Place is so dirty as well. Music was bad as well.

Great place for a quick bite to eat or a drink. Great coffee, nice and strong. Also cold drinks. Quick service and excellent staff. Friendly and welcoming.

usually horrifically busy but i’ve never had an issue apart from having to wait a while. if you’re coming and planning on ordering on the screens though be sure to keep an eye out for your order number flashing on the screen because 99% of the time the receipt printers are broken so you’ll miss your number if you aren’t careful

Busy. Very busy. But those do not allow them to make that place dirty. Brushing floors are not everything. Needs to be cleaned properly. That includes tables, chairs and toilets too! The salad dropped to the box instead of being added to the burger, The meat was cold. Never going to visit again. Hygiene rating should be no more than 1 star!

Ordered on the MyMcDonalds app and my order came quickly even though it was very busy. They brought me the wrong burger but within a couple of minutes of telling a member of staff passing by she gave me the right burger. She was lovely and sorted it quickly.

worst place to get mcdonalds from ..Had placed my order on self service and reciept roll wasnt available ..asked member of staff to notify me with order number was told to see manager..went on the front counter to let manager know about my order..Got told to stand back as they have lots of orders to deal with asked them i dont mind waiting but i need to know my order number to wait for it ..manager rudely replied i need to stand back!! Who made them manager with 0 customer service..finally after 15 mins got my order...went out the store to realise i was given wrong order and then i went back to speak with manager again ..manager on front refuse to speak to me and pointed that crew member will take my query again how is these people managing this busy store ?? evantually got seen too and the attitude on this lady manager was unacceptable these people are not fit to handle basic customer complaint, i can understand how busy times for this store can lead to mistakes in order but least i ecpect is manager to handle a complaint and give a reasonable resolution. Worst service recieved in any mcdonalds by far.. Very unfriendly managers who doesnt know what customer service means..

Bit hit and miss with this McDonald’s. Due to how busy the establishment is, the staff can’t seem to keep up with the required work (e.g. cleaning tables, salting chips). I would like to specifically point out how they seem to not salt their chips often enough to make me not want to spend my money here. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake to find that there was a quarter of the volume missing, where did my quarter of £1.69 go to?? I would have spoke to someone to correct this near fraudulent behaviour however I was in a rush for the train - regardless, this shouldn’t be occurring and therefore I would suggest that you don’t waste your time and money in this McDonald’s as sad as it is to state…

this place is really a good place to get your classic standard mcdonalds. however, you do have to know that at certain time such as lunch and dinner there is normally a large wait for the food but as this is in the centre of town there isn't that much you can do about it. during the mornings however it is less busy so you can always hop in for a quick breakfast

Absolutely horrific service from Northumberland street McDonald’s. Food arrived late and literally stone cold. Meat was dry and chips were scarce and soggy! It is NOT worth the money ordering food for delivery from here considering the food probably sits for an hour waiting to be collected. Doesn’t help at all when the managers decide to ignore all phone calls considering they probably know how many complaints they would recieve otherwise.If only more people would boycott this ridiculousness, they may just pull their finger out of where the sun doesn’t shine!

Tried the McPlant and enjoyed it. Almost didn't though as it was missing from our order. When my husband went back he was told 'well it was in the bag' it took another member of staff to point out to our server that it was actually sat waiting pretty much in front of him to go in the bag and it hadn't been put in already at all!
