Miah's Kitchen in Northumberland

Lovely Naga chicken and egg pilau with Onion Bhajis for starters. Even though i'm not keen on it the Mrs loved her chicken Tikka massala with chapati's. Quick delivery earlier than i was quoted. The only downside was the Garlic naan which was nice but could have been cooked a bit longer which i was surprised at as i've had them here many times before and they've always been really nice. Very reasonable price too.

So we’ve been going to Miah’s Kitchen now for a few years. The food and the portions WERE top rate, however tonight’s meal and portions was absolutely shocking. We are all a where that the prices have increased but that shouldn’t mean you get half portions. The main curry dish used to be served in the rectangular foiled cartons and was full to the brim. Now you get the smaller plastic cartons filled half way 😡😡😡I took a photo but it looks like I’m unable to post it on here. Needless to say we won’t be going back there. Rant over

Constantly pushed back delivery. Over 2 hours when I rang the and asked how long. The person simply said " oh it ll still be a while yet. Offered no explanation. When food arrived it was cold, bland and just plain awful. Rubbish customer service. Even worse food. Appalling!

Usually good but maybe a bad night. Order took 2 1/2 hours to come. Ordered mixed korma but received chicken korma. Ordered keema naan but received plain naan. Mixed starter was sour tasting and went in the bin.

Best kebab EVER!!!! Pizzas are fantastic too and everything else they do!!!! Fantastic customer service, really show they appreciate your custom, best takeaway ever!!!!!.....until I moved round the corner which is apparently too far to deliver to now 😭

Half the food went in the bin. ordered tonight the sauce the chicken was in was like dish water it was so thin the chips were so under cooked you could not cut them with a normal knife the tubs the chicken were in were only half filled and the chips looked lonely in the bag there was so few of them have not been for a long time now I remember why I stopped going will not make that mistake again

Curries & pizzas in one?? Why have we never found this magical treasure trove of delicious food before?! Arrived piping hot and was just so tasty and moreish I wish I could have saved some for the next day as I was really craving it again! My partner had the Modhu which is now his new favourite curry & I had a classic Butter Chicken. Cannot recommend enough!!

Used this shop for years last few times as I have done for yrs changed the Korma to a dupiaza and paid the extra charge dont mind that at all, only to be told tonight after sending a Korma get in touch with just eat, customer service appalling I mean just eat don’t make the orders up? I will however be taking my custom else where after talking to the manger tonight long live your shop with an attitude like that you will lose allot of regular customers

100% the best Indian takeaway in the area. Always perfectly cooked and piping hot when it arrives.I'm the world most fussiest takeaway eater and I can definitely say that this one is the best.If you want something cooked in a different way then ask to speak to Rayhan. He is so helpful and has never let me down yet.You have tried the rest now try the best.I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.
