foods ok but always an excuse as to why it's running soooooo late. book delivery time an hour in advance and still 40 mins late , which makes it less enjoyable, you're either hungry or so over it and not enjoy it, and who needs the stress of where's my order and listening to the excuse of the day !!!

I was at Cramlington hospital last night 9 hours in total. From 6;30 pm to 3:30 am so decided to Order takeout from here , 11pm. what a fantastic idea. The meal was absolutely delicious. I ordered chicken biryani and chicken shaslick. The best tasting chicken I’ve tasted. So tender. Thankyou. Just perfect. My new go to Indian meal. I’m going to travel here now from Seaton sluice. Ordered online for them opening at 17:00, 2 hours later we got our food, the curry was nice but the chips were dry as sticks!! If I didn't know any better I'd say they were a day old. Definatley not worth the wait.

What a shower of you know what this place is. They will take your order and payment and 2 3/4 hours, and counting, later it still has not arrived. Try phoning and it is engaged or rings out. Why people put up with this type of service in the UK is beyond me. Not even the courtesy of a phone call to update. If you cant service the orders don't take them. Avoid completely. Update - now over 4 hours and the phone constantly engaged = off the hook. A complete shambles of a place. Update - finally turned up luke warm at 10:45 pm (ordered before 6) and the quality was not worth the wait. If I had not paid up front it would have gone back with the very apologetic and embarrassed delivery driver.

The food here is excellent which is more than I can say for the service on a Saturday night. After having had a few late deliveries in the past I decided to telephone for pick up. As the place gets quite busy I telephoned early on at 5.30pm and placed my order for 7.30pm when I arrived I sat waiting for 50 minutes and was given various excuses and apologies for my wait. I could think of a few better to places to spend a Saturday night during Covid particularly amongst other customers, some who were maskless Had I not paid upfront (as requested) I would have left! I'm now looking for somewhere more reliable to buy my Indian takeaway in future, but for this I would have willingly given 5 stars

Shocking delivery service, ordered when it first opened and did not receive any food until 10.30pm, was blamed on bad weather and printer not working but what was bad is the staff never phoned up to say what the hold up was. Didn’t even get offered a discount either, which should have been the case for the poor service. While I accept that weather was not ideal, not being told was unacceptable and very poor customer service.

Excellent Indian restaurant / takeaway, top notch food, Tuesday and Thursday special is an absolute bargain, staff very farm and friendly, couldn't rate highly enough. Bring your own drink if drinking as no alcohol license.

Got the meat and vegetable thali online between the 3 of us. More than enough and the price was great. £27. Would easily fill 4 people. First time using this place and won’t be the last☺️

I don't recommend this restaurant at all. The food is fairly bland, the portions are small and the staff were rude. It's cheap and you can bring your own alcohol but I won't be visting again.
