Strongly discourage anyone wanting to go here / use as a takeaway option. From two separate occasions, firstly the food was stone cold & ‘meat’ was very suspect. We gave them a second chance, and ordered again however after waiting 1 HOUR & 45 MINS, we rang up to chase our order and their driver ‘forgot to take it’ - awful customer service and they weren’t even remotely bothered or even prepared to fix the situation. No wonder they are getting such a bad rep. So many better alternatives around too.

Went for the Monday night special. Very busy Friendly staff. Food good.

I have been ordering food from here for many years. Apart from the odd time it has always be value for money and delicious. My son and I ordered last night, various things. £25 nearly spent. The egg fried rice was stodgy and very clumpy. The wantons were just pastry, there was nothing in them. They tasted hard and stale and there were a small handful. We have both been vomiting since last night and through out today. Going to give this Chinese a miss for a while. The portions are considerably smaller. The majority ended up in the bin.

Been a few times now for big family events.Every. Single. Time. Its been absolutely fantastic.Can not beat the service from the staff here, especially the owner, she has one of the best memories I've ever seen being able to come back and recite a table of 11s orders, just to make sure she hadn't made a mistake(which ofcourse she hadnt).Food here is also 10/10, never been let down. And look forward to more events here in future.

A really novel idea, it is eat as much as you like but to order rather than buffet style which makes the food much better quality. Staff are really friendly and the food is to a high standard. Price is reasonable, what's not to like?

I Can’t believe the way the owner spoke me and my friends for my birthday meal, we got there had our drinks and starters went to move on to our mains to have the owner come up to us to say they need the table back and it’s 2 hours per table there was no word of this before we booked! Even to say we shouldn’t of ordered so much! It’s ridiculous as it’s all you can you eat! we felt we had to leave we had being rushed, we paid and as leaving we heard the owner saying to another member of staff had we paided for the meal!! It made me feel like we were some sort of tramps that walk out! I felt Disgusted! I won’t be back and I will be telling others about this awful experience!

If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would! Purely based on shocking customer service,Staff including mainly the owner were rude and made you feel very rushed while eating, food was average and definitely over priced..Also state its all you can eat and then get annoyed when you do so ( if its not a buffet don't call it one ).Also tried telling our group we have eaten to much (again... all you can eat ) and then had the nerve to say we have smoked to many cigarettes... This is nothing to do with staff.Will not be returning again, dont recommend. 👎

I am absoultely appalled by the customer service we received today at q friends birthday. We booked here as we havnt been for a few years but about 4 years ago eas lovely. This time we will not be returning. We go asked to leave our table before 2 hours which they say you get (does not state this online). To the be followed with you shouldn't of ordered so much food (all you can eat for 19.95). So rude all of this by the so called manager her attitude was horrible. We were nothing bur grateful until this happened. I am so upset and it has spoiled my best friends birthday I will be making sure people know. To not only all of that but to over hear her asking if we had payed I mean how shocking is that. She judged us as we are in our 20s you could tell it is absoutley disgraceful. Once again very upset by how we were treat.

Haven't been for years and what a lovely evening with grown up children. Fabulous good, great service and atmosphere. Good value on Monday evening.
