Pronta Pizza in Northumberland
Where is Pronta Pizza?
🏠 Unit 2 Dewley, Cramlington NE23 6DT
"In 1985 Pronta Pizza opened its doors with one goal in mind ‘Great Pizzas’. We knew that by using 100% fresh dough and toppings we would create ‘Great Pizzas’. That goal and the promise of “fresh ingredients’ remains true to this day. You will notice that our logo carries the slogan ‘Something Fresh in Town’ and we mean it!! We deliver Pizzas, Sides, Shakes, Cakes and Tango Ice Blasts!"

Had few pizza and deserts from pronta Cramlington now, each time delivered on time, and food is fresh and hot. Tonight's order was that hot after delivery I had to wait for chicken wings to cool to eat! Even the pizza was too hot to eat. Great service pronta team. (Warkworth drive wideopen)

Gave this place 5 stars a year ago. Since then I've had food delivered cold and late, my dips have been missed off the delivery twice, then tonight literally everything was undercooked. I took the chilly cheese bites back up to show them and the poor pass could barely keep a straight face telling me that's how they were supposed to be. Stick to milk shakes.

Not sure if i missed something will all these good reviews, the pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard, the chip wrap with mozzarella had no cheese and loads of salad, was tiny and only had a couple of chips and they forgot my 2 dips, wether they were having a bad day or not i wont be going here again

Just taken the time call the branch directly, and thank them as many people forget to do this nowadays. The staff were very helpful as we couldn't order for our area online, due to an increase in delivery cost.Rang them and they were a great help and ordered the old fashioned way. Food arrived promptly, and as I expected from previous dealings when pronta pizza was in Blyth, the food was 1st class. Will definitely be ordering again, you can tell the quality, and with deals they run from their direct website, they are not much more than normal, local pizza shops.Well impressedAndy - Bedlington

I'm picky with pizza and tried Pronta a few months ago. It was ok but I have a couple of gripes. A family member won a free pizza on the world cup competition so I thought let's see if I feel the same.I'd like to say Pronta was my absolute fav 20 years ago before they were bought out by Papa John's so I was happy to see them back.So the pizza, the dough was really nice, I usually only eat the thinnest crispy bases, this was more like a dominoes classic crust but was fluffy, fresh and tasty. The tomato sauce was great, much better than Dominoes imo.Only the two issues I previously had remain, for some reason the cheese taste is not quite right, I can't identify it but it's just got a cheap/plasticity hint to it. Not prominent but definitely there. Also they seem to put all the toppings under the cheese. May not seem like a big thing but I like my pepperoni and the like with crispy edges, sometimes the toppings can be soggy due to fat leaking from the cheese and a lack of direct heat.I would really like this to be my go to place for pizza and will try again for sure, cakes look lovely as well.Wishing this business all the best for the future.

Have reordered again as it was nice food and a quick service last time. Great customer service too NOT these ones that are just not interested and get your order totally wrong. Only 4 stars though as fries were cold, you cant expect them to be able to stay warm with how thin they are. Stick with the wedges.

Only upside was the delivery time. The waffle was supermarket bought and the ice cream was the wrong flavour, and stale anyway. Pronto must make a mint off of this, because there is no way in Christ's name that was worth remotely close to £12.50. Save yourself the cash. Go to ASDA and get better stuff for much much less
