Shire Gate Cafe in Northumberland

The Shire Gate Cafe offers a friendly and relaxing atmosphere and the service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever they can. The food is very tasty and the choice is really good. I would recommend the cafe.

Visited The Shire Gate cafe today for lunch me n my wife had quiche "Best Quiche we ever had" Compliments to the cook, finished with a cheese scone defiantly going back

Stopped in here for a breakfast whilst on a family trip (6 adults, 2 kids). The cooked breakfast was absolutely amazing, as we're the eggs and baked ham. The staff were so friendly, and the restaurant itself was so comfortable and relaxing. Will definitely be back here when back in the area.

Popped in here for a coffee. Ended up with cheese and ham toasties which came with a beautiful crisp salad and coleslaw. A simple meal but one of the best toasties ever. Staff were so friendly and acknowledged people as soon as they went in even though they were very busy. Well done all of you you're doing a fantastic job 👏
