Stalida Greek Taverna in Northumberland

Nice restaurant, food good staff attentive. A little slow perhaps but I enjoyed it.

Amazing place with amazing food and amazing people . Would definitely recommend

Excellent, genuine Greek food in a family run taverna. Delicious food that all 3 of us really enjoyed - our 11 year old had the homemade burgers with pitta, salad, tzatziki & chips, my husband had the Gyros Special which he said was fantastic & the best meal he's had in ages, I had the Gyros plate - chicken - which was great & really tasty. Friendly service. Highly recommended!

Oreo!! Very good original Greek food from crete!

Best restaurant by far!! We went away for valentines day and stayed at a local b and b which was disgusting so this was definitely the high light of our trip!Staff were so polite and pleasant, food was absolutely gorgeous and for amazing price!! Definitely recommend! Thanks again :) x

First time visit to Hexham and found this place - so glad we did - lovely food, good value, nice atmosphere and helpful friendly staff

Really enjoyed my meal tonight, they offer lots of gf starters/mains and it's clearly marked on the menu. The cocktails make you feel like your abroad on holiday, the waiter was friendly and helpful will be returning to try more of the menu

Lovely meal for two of many delicious Meze dishes. Good humored waiter and owner keen to please his customers. Visited whilst on holiday, if we lived locally we would be regulars.

Lovely Greek food in Hexham on a dull wet evening, not eating in the open by the beach which you normally do in Greece. Very good atmosphere, but watch the portion sizes, we ordered one dish too many really. Don't like wasting any food.

I have visited this restaurant a few years ago (2017), and I still have not forgotten about the experience. The food was amazing, the staff even more!! So friendly, simply amazing! If I ever return to Hexam, I will visit this restaurant without hesitation!
