Starbucks in Northumberland

MOULDED FOOD! Returned the muffin to the staff only to tell me that it's impossible because it was made 4 hours ago! Gave me another one, but first he made sure that he secretly removed the mould off the cream! Plus, I had to wait 5 minutes to get served, because the same member of the staff was taking orders and preparing the drinks at the same time. So dissapointed from Starbucks.

Small coffee shop. Tight space, quite cramped. Wouldn't say its relaxing to sit in, as its quite echo-ey.but its a starbucks so drinks-wise you know exactly what you are getting.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Disappointed because bad customer service. Ufffff don’t ask toilet condition. Hope they’ll improve it to get good business.

Tiny Starbucks, minging toilets which are always dirty (wee on the floor and blood on the toilet seat), our order was completely messed up, and there are hardly any chairs tables so it gets really busy and you end up almost wetting yourself trying to push past the crowded tables blocking the loo.Don't support Starbucks, support and busy local (so many lovely coffee shops in the toon!)

I had a caramel frapuccino with coffee and it was lovely, tasted like a caramel milkshake everything I expected. there was a line when I came here however this was during the morning so that may have been a factor towards that

Came today for my usual half-decaf PSL, the guy didn't even ask the size of my drink - he just knew how I like my coffee, along with my name (that he spells correctly!❤️), buzzing all morning, such a great service when you feel that you're more than just a random face and they actually take care of your coffee-needs!

I tried today the new chocolate coffee crunchy, it was not the best taste but at the same time it was not bad at all. However the staff were really friendly and the place was clean and they were organized(organise order to not let them wait). But however we enjoyed our time there. Def come back.

Service is fine but as a former Starbucks employee I know how a blonde flat white should tastes and how long it takes to make and both are massively off. It takes a good 3+ minutes once they pick the cup up. They clear pull the shots off and then start the milk, by this point they haven't even started aerating the milk and my shots are dead. They spend too much time talking when they should be getting on each cup much quicker. Lazy and a lack of care.

Very friendly staff and a very clean place. I'm glad that they always have soy milk or almond milk available for using instead of regular milk in the drinks.I like that if you are eating-in they serve drink and food in glass plates and cups, it gives it a nice touch.In terms of quality, you know what to expect from this Seattle-based coffee franchise.
