Love Tasty Wok, always deliver good quality food

Excellent service polite staff and food was ready when I arrived to collect.Food was very tasty, Chips were dry not greasy like some I have had from other places.Portion sizes were great and all the food was finished and we all agreed one of the best we have had since moving to Blyth.

Ordered the munchie box last night and was so salty couldn’t eat it, very disappointed as the food it’s self looked really nice and was lovely and hot.

Food lovely as usual. Christmas Eve very busy phoned order to collect. Waited awhile before order was ready even though arrive there approx time told. Collected it got home rice was missing. Phoned them they asked if we could call back. Asked if they could drop it off with next delivery said they would. Not sure when it will arrive?

Just has a chow main house special and the meat tasted like it Was off and had a funny smell even made my dog sick will not order from here again

This is by far my favourite Chinese takeaway in Blyth. The food always tastes amazing, large portion sizes and is always ready for collection promptly. Highly recommended. 5*.

Ordered a few meals for my family to have as part of our AJ fight night build up and asked for it to be delivered at 7.30. An hour later and repeated calls being told each time it was en rout, it EVENTUALLY turned up STONE COLD! The owner told us not to pay for it when it was delivered during our last call to him before the food arrived and to tell the driver to ring him to confirm, so we explained that to the driver when he eventually arrived! simple eh?!... NOT!! the manager changed his mind! He decided he wanted the FULL payment or the COLD food back! Needless to say he was given it back. This has got to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I’m disgusted at the managers attitude and I will never use them again! If you order from Tasty Wok expect attitude if u ring to ask about a late delivery! They expect u to shut your mouth and not complain about cold food. Only giving 1 star because I had to in order to write this review.

So we have now waited over two hours after the scheduled delivery time through Just Eat. We have called twice and the woman answering does not seem to have a clue where the order is at and how long it will be, first saying an extra hour then saying 1-3 hours! After the third call, we were told that the order had not even left the shop. Horrendous.

I totally understand that it was a very busy night, and previously I have never had any issues until now!I ordered in just eat at tasty wok on Christmas Eve at 7pm.Confirmation said around 8ish for delivery.Between 8-10 I kept trying to call the restaurant, never getting through!!!Just after 10 I had confirmation that my food was delivered. This was not true!!!!I finally got through to the restaurant and asked why it said on the app that my food had been delivered even though it hadn’t!She asked me my address and very rude and attitude girl confirmed ‘ your food isn’t even cooked’ so I said just cancel my food order due to waiting over 3 hours!!!!!I asked how do I get my money back, she said to contact Just Eat.anyone else having issues getting their money back!!!
