Lovely pub.. Clean.. Very well furnished.. Food is affordable and delicious.

Absolutely shocking service. We had to wait 1 hour 10 minutes for our food. Even then after an hour of waiting we were then told one of the ingredients was not available. We should have been asked at the point of ordering whether we were prepared to wait a long time . We both have health conditions that require eating at certain times. I appreciate staffing might be an issue but tell people when they are ordering !!!

Staff really nice, lovely environment but the food was horrid. We ordered 3 for £10 as a snack whilst the kids ate and everything seemed deep fried in old oil. Even my kid refused to eat his food as he said it tasted greasy. Nice for a drink I wouldn't suggest the food unless we were just unlucky?

UPDATE Feb 22Just visited after this pub's makeover. Very impressed with the look both indoors and outdoors.This pub is very handy.. in fact it really is my local pub, however we seldom go to this pub mainly for two reasons. The first reason is cost: the local Wetherspoon's is significantly cheaper for both food and drinks and secondly the atmosphere. Even when the Brockwell is full, it is so quiet.On the positive side, the Brockwell has one of the best beer gardens in Cramlington. Also it's dog friendly which is a big advantage over Wetherspoons.

Went for lunch with a friend and we enjoyed our meal. I am a vegetarian and there isn't much choice for me on the lunchtime specials menu but at just over £7 for 2 courses you can't complain. Merry Christmas. x

Fantastic breakfast would definitely recommend

Went with my mum today. First time trying this pub. Good choice of food available to pick from. The staff member was pleasant and friendly. Ordered the food and drink and it didn't take long to come out. The food was hot and fresh. We don't normally go for a dessert but tried one this time. The desserts came out and they was nice. I would recommend this pub. Carpark is of a good size aswell.

Me and the Wife like to pop in for breakfast when we get the opportunity after the school run. It is a great pub with an excellent family atmosphere in the mornings.Also have been for a few evening drinks here over time with friends and family. It is an excellent venue to go to for casual drinks as you can still have a conversation without music being to loud or people being loud.All in all an excellent venue for both food and drinks and would 100% recommend

I love hanging out here. I was there on Wednesday and the food and service was great. Sarah in particular was really helpful with our dietry needs, really lovely and positive. Can't wait to go again!

First time In pub and really enjoyed visit .Food was hot and tasty .served quickly and staff very friendly .Highly recommend a visit and will be back again.
