What a fabulous find ,plenty of seating inside and outside ,great menu choice ,homemade cakes spoilt for choice ,food really well presented, a slight waiting time but only because it was busy and it was the weekend, also the option of takeaway too ,a must visit if in the area 😁

Fantastic breakfast after a fab walk on Druridge Bay Beach including super hot oat milk latte. Friendly staff and great service. Save room for dessert!

Visited for morning breakfast and also evening fish & chips (open until 6pm) whilst staying nearby.Friendly staff and tasty food. Cakes looked amazing but didn’t get chance to sample any!

Good food in a great spot on the Northumberland coast. The pulled pork wrap was great! I have yet to try the new chippy, but from what I saw they appeared to be popular.

Great cafe in awesome location. They have now opened a Fish and Chip shop on the premises, my kids opted for this and we’re very happy… not the cheapest at £25 for two Fish & Chips and two drinks.Dogs are welcome in external areas that includes a heated marqueeI would recommend and will happily return for a coastal treat 👌🏼

A great atmosphere and very friendly service with both indoor and outdoor seating along with a large marquee.Well behaved dogs are welcome. The Drift is a stamping point on the Northumberland coastal path.

A very friendly cafe with a good selection of cakes and food. We had pizza and chips and it was very good quality and value for money. The only downside is when it is busy you can have a long wait but if you are prepared for that it is worth the wait.

A welcome refuge on a chilly winter day. The hot buns/wraps were very tasty. Friendly service. Handy car park for the beach

A must visit spot for lunch if you are visiting Cresswell beach. Very friendly staff, an excellent menu, and dog friendly which is so important these days. No dogs inside unfortunately, but there is a large outdoor patio and a big marquee if the weather is not great. I can personally recommend the bacon, egg, black pudding and haggis sandwich, super tasty and it will fill you up. It does get busy and food can take up-to 30 minutes to arrive as it’s all made right there in the kitchen, but there is a big sign warning you of that when you order. Fortunately for me the latte arrived very quickly to keep me going. 😊. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.
