The Falcon Brewers Fayre in Northumberland

The fish and chips were spot on the first time we have been there I would highly recommend it the staff our really friendly excellent service service we will be back

Food was fine but a group in bar area spoilt our visit because they were swearing and very loud. Certainly not what you'd expect to hear at 6pm in a family restaurant/pub. Peter behind the bar didn't appear to care and there were children eating in the restaurant as well. Waitress was very apologetic and tried to get the group to quieten down but had no success.Won't recommend the place that's for certain. We ate and left. Very disappointed.

First time at the falcon this afternoon with my Girlfriend, I was recommended by a friend so we travelled up from tynemouth for somewhere different to try.we both opted for the carvery and it was delicious, piping hot throughout and a good selection of veg! (Even had cabbage 😋) beef melted in me mouth!Staff were on the ball and kept asking if we needed anything else, very friendly and good service. We will be back for sure!

Staff are fantastic. And very quick with the order. Food is good and prices are what’s to be expected. Nice atmosphere and pleasant meal. I’ll definitely be back :)

Absolute beautiful meal fantastic vegetarian menu . It's so nice as a vegetarian to be catered for. I normally don't have a very good choice in other restaurants. So we will be using the Falcon in future. Thanks Falcon for the fantastic food and your excellent staff.

Great staff, were told as it was very busy (it was!!) the food may be a little while. However it turned up very quickly, well within 20 minutes which was a pleasent surprise.We had 3 burgers and a pie, the meals were all perfect and excellent quality.Lovely location, great staff who had time to stop for a chat and gorgeous food..... The chips were to die for!!Will certainly be returning when in the area!

First time here.food is beautiful and presented very well.and very good priced as we all had a beautiful home cooked meal ..staff helpful.. a gem of a find we will be back

Had a wonderful lunch here. Food was fabulous and portions were huge staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful nothing was a bother fir them. Highly recommend a visit

Really good (and obviously new) outdoor space for dining when the weather is good. (And some heated umbrellas we noted.) The food was fine - heavy on the chips - but perfectly good pub fare. Felt a little on the expensive side but it was worth it to be able to enjoy a meal out after so long.
