I have had a fabulous stay in the Joiners Arms. All the staff were very polite ,friendly and helpful. The young man who checked me in to Sennen Cove room, listened to my request of the heating being turned down. What a fabulous room . The bath is positioned so you have a lovely view out of the French windows. Amazing. The bed was so comfy, everything lovely and clean.I loved it thank you.

We stayed in the Tweed Suite and it was amazing, chilled and private with the hot tub which was great. Bar staff who greet you were top drawer and the atmosphere around the place is really good. Couldn’t recommend an overnight stay enough but if you can eat away from the place.Food however wasn’t great at all, had we the chance to score them differently they would have got a two. We sent the tempura squid back as it was terrible might as well be served raw squid (still charged and would not remove from bill), burger bog standard and chips were hard. Not a great day for the chefs and the lass and lad serving us in the restaurant as we could also see them vaping laughing and joking about the returned food in the kitchen so sort of annoyed us.

Had a lovely meal here. Friendly staff good choice of food. Dogs welcome in the bar area seating.

Dined here for my sister’s birthday after a long and lovely walk around the local beach. The pub has a lovely rustic feel about it, and it more than happy to allow dogs to join you at the table (providing they are well behaved of course). The food was… immense! So don’t expect to leave hungry.

This place is so warm and cosy, and dog friendly! We stayed here with our two pups, they left treats and a ball for the dogs on arrival (a very nice touch). The evening meal was very high end, to call it gastro pub food would do it a disservice. The meal was close to fine dining and very beautifully presented! It is in a great location close to walks on along the Northumberland coast.

Delicious food, amazing staff, a little gem worth a visit. Dog friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Fast service, large portions and value for money

Stayed in November fir our 40th anniversary. Present from our kids . Room freezing no heating switched on till we checked in then there was a draught blowing through the window heating off again at 9 o clock. Slept in our bathrobes all night. The bathroom was disgusting . Shower covered in mould rust all over the radiator with did not work at all. Food was OK . All in all it was an overpriced waste of money . Stayed in much cleaner and better quality 3 star hotels for a lot less.

Great accommodation. Delicious food. Cheerful and helpful staff (mostly). My only criticism is that there is no on-site parking and when we arrived we were merely told that there was free parking a couple of hundred yards along the road.

A top quality pub/eatery well located against the coast and an easy walk from Beadnell Bay beach. I had a Beef Stottie & what a joy it was. So if you want great food, top quality drinks & all served in a pleasant atmosphere then this is the place for you 👍

Excellent pub with lots of room inside. Car park is a very short walk which has guide lighting. Food was very good, massive fish and chips with optional curry sauce. Lovely staff, attentive and caring. Great place to refuel after a day's exploring and walking. Highly recommended.
