Lovely clean but small room we slept in. On a whole it had everything we needed. Free parking on site. The food in their restaurant is amazing. We had a wonderful dinner and lovely breakfast. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Not entirely sure where the fantastic reviews are coming from. We came here as the place we normally go was closed for refurbishment and we have a dog. Have to say the food was just basic and the staff though polite were not what I'd call friendly and didn't really seem to know what they were doing.Definitely will not be visiting again I'm afraid

Extremely satisfied after a great roast beef dinner, excellent value with really prompt and friendly service. Don't be put off by the exterior appearance, you will have to go along way to find more succulent beef and a decent array of freshly cooked veg.

Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. The dinner portions were massive. I had steak and ale pie, delicious, but couldn't eat it all!

Great place to eat and drink around seahouses. Good size portions of quality food at reasonable prices followed by great hospitality! I can't wait to return.

The service here was great, very friendly and efficient. We had a mix of starters, mains and desserts - food was beautiful. Particularly enjoyed the seafood special and the Eton mess. There is no disabled toilet or baby changing area however the waitress kindly directed us to a hotel corridor where we could change baby. This may be a problem for disabled guests. We were seated in the bar area due to having a dog and it was very noisy with people having drinks. I would recommend booking ahead for the restaurant area if you don't have a dog.
