Ate here again recently, never disappoints. The food is really delicious with a excellent menu. The staff are great and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Service was OK....we hadn't booked so great that we were offered a table, and food arrived promptly. We did not experience authentic indian food, and it lacked flavour and was generally a bit uninspiring and bland. The paratha was more like a fried chapati. Dripping with oil and not that pleasant. However, what I really cannot accept are pointed remarks as we left our table having had no cash to tip with. Sarcastic comments by staff are not what I'd expect. Will not be returning I'm afraid. So unavoidable with a bit of effort.

Had a takeaway last night (chicken pasanda and bhuna) which was absolutely delicious. Beautifully flavoured with subtle spices and lots of chicken. The best we’ve had in a very long time. I would definitely order again when in Berwick.

An oasis of Indian Food! We visited Berwick-upon-Tweed and got there late in the day. A quick wander around town brought us to this restaurant. We ordered take-away and were delighted! None of the dishes were too oily, which in our experience is the bane of Indian restaurants. The food was tasty and I recommend the aloo Gobi, while the kids recommend the butter chicken!

We both had excellent meals with fantastic nan breads to go with it. Service was respective without being overbearing. Our one complaint would have been the overall room temperature being chilly but I'm sure that if we had asked something would have been done.

We were so disappointed in this place. The building at some point has been loved but is tired now. We had a meal from the lunch menu. The lamb must have been from an old ewe and they must have forgotten to put the spice into the sauce. We were the only two people in until a party of four came in at 1.20 asking if they were still serving for them to be barked at they were closing at 2pm. I was surprised they came in. I hope their experience was better than ours!
