A lovely little cafe with great coffee! We shared 2 cakes which were delicious! Love that they have different flavour cakes as opposed to the usual sponge cakes!! Dog friendly and the owner was friendly and welcoming!!

We love visiting this little cafe every time we staycation near Alnwick with our family (we live in Scotland and they live in England so it’s a good half way point).The owner Judy has a very special little place here. She’s so friendly and welcoming to her customers and always up for a chat. Great cakes and coffee, awesome milkshakes which the kids go mad for (there are dozens of flavours) and loads of pocket money toys and gifts (stationery, pin badges, purses, lip glosses etc) which our daughter and her cousins love.Judy also makes cards and wreaths from origami paper which she sometimes sells. They seem to sell as fast as she makes them so worth grabbing if you see one as they make really original gifts.We were so glad to come back to Alnwick this summer and see the cafe still open as we know how hard it has been for small businesses like this during Covid.Highly recommend - it’s mainly takeaway as there are no tables inside but you can sit outside when the weather is nice. Great to support a lovely small business

Super little café and gift shop with amazing range of milkshakes including about a dozen vegan ones and nice cakes (always one vegan). Friendly and welcoming owner. Tables and seating outside on pedestrianised street. Wide range of charming and interesting gifts. Highly recommended if you are in Alnwick.

We went here looking for coffee and a treat, and boy did we get that and more!Be prepared for an amazing selection of delicious coffees (hot and iced). I grabbed the amaretto iced latte, which was amazing, but I was very tempted by the pistachio - next time! And we also left with a couple slices of cake - a wonderfully moist honey and almond, and the flavourful pistachio and apricot.Aside from the food, the shop was adorable, with fantastic social distancing safety measures in place, very friendly staff, and a lovely little dog who distracted us for some minutes.I highly reccomend a stop by the Origami Cafe if you're in town!

What a lovely unusual cafe the jasmine tea was lovely my husband had one of the homemade cakes which he said tasted like heaven. I'm gluten free so enjoyed a gluten free biscuit. Wonderful origami pieces of art around the walls .
