Pathetic joke of a takeaway, tried to order for the first time and they just cancelled it and never bothered to deliver. Intend to leave a bad review every single day until they apologise for ruining my night.

Paid and ordered for food, they marked it as delivered and then never turned up! At least we have a ring doorbell to prove it 🤷🏻‍♂️ Do not order from here

What a waste of time and money!!!!!They accept your order and give you an estimated delivery time.Money taken from your bank account and then nothing turns up.Uber eats tell you to contact restaurant, which you do and they can't even answer the phone.Such a shame, as last time we ordered it was spot on.

Don’t know what’s happened here as it was great but the curry has gone downhill rapid. My previous review below and I gave five stars but I wouldn’t recommend you to go here now as it looks as though the chef has moved on. 👎🏻👎🏻We used to go to these guys when we lived in Hebburn village and they were based there in Anne street (until they moved premises).Lovely meal and in my opinion the best I’ve had for years locally.Highly recommend this takeaway and it’s fast efficient service

First time I've ordered from here and the best thing about the food was that fact that who ever put it up wasn't very generous 4 bits of chicken in the curry, I would say about 10 onions in the onion rice, will not be ordering from here again

Ordered two meals to collect they were awful no flavour what's so ever I had bhuna my husband a dansak tasted nothing like they should they went in the bin best thing about the meals was the pompadoms will never go back

Ordered meal at 5.50pm and 2 hours later no sign of it. Tried repeatedly to ring them to ask where meal was but their phone was permanently engaged. Eventually arrived at 8.10pm and then we discovered the vegetarian Dupiaza had chicken in it! Rang again but still no reply. Drove down to industrial estate to return "vegetarian" option and got a refund for that. Wish I'd returned whole meal for a refund to be honest as rest of it was awful: salty, stale and unappetising. Worst takeaway ever and I'll never order from them again.

Well until tonight this was my regular, however not anymore. First they made a mistake with my order, which I was informed would be replaced within 10 minutes, after 15minutes I was the told it won't be long but still hadn't left shop! At this time my partner was eating her food as we both shouldn't have to eat cold food. She then found a hair in her rice at this point I called them and said I would collect the rice. once at the shop they apologised for their mistake with the rice. I asked to speak to the manager and showed him the hair. The expression on his face was of guilt and embarrassment, as obviously someone's from the establishment. He offer poppadoms for the inconvenience, however nothing for the hair, I told him I don't care about refund, just that they have lost my custom and I will leave review. Also new women on the phone doesn't have a clue. *AVOID THE PLACE *
