Went for fish and chips! Absolutely outstanding! If you like fish then this is the place to go! Well worth the price! Generous sized portion! Guaranteed to fill you up leaving no space for pudding!

We come here regularly for a carvery and can’t fault it. Always lots of choice of veg and plenty fresh meat. They do NHS discount too. Takeaway cake for later is a must as we are always too full.

Food was dire15 minutes waiting to be served at the bar as there was only one staff member on at a lunch time.Steak was more fat and gristle than steak.Cakes were good though.Would not recommend based on recent experience.

Lovely fresh roast dinner cooked perfectly. If your going in a Sunday you will need to book as it gets very busy. Even came back the following weekend for breakfast buffet which was very good too. Well worth a visit. Staff also are very pleasant and helpful

edited so i can share my view, the place itself is lovely and clean and staff are very friendly, my personal experience from the 2 times i have visited, is that the steak was so full of gristle i couldn't eat it, the chips and diane sauce was amazing and your cakes are to die for. i rated 3 because only one person working on the bar when the place was rather packed and it took 20 minutes to get served, the carvery looked very dry hence why i opted for the steak for both visits and each time it was poor quality for the price paid. i will be back again as i would love to change the rating to a higher one.

Average. Nice food. Staff were pleasant even though the lady who seated us never explained the service leaving us puzzled. Had to ask the gentleman beside us if we had to use the app or could we order from the bar. Would return but wouldn't be a regular.

Price is good ,buffet is filthy with used plates running in grease and oil at serving port .Staff thought it was a laugh eventually provided clean plate.Folk are easily pleased after lock down this lot are having a laugh , the bacon presentation was disgusting in the extreme , eggs were ok as were beans .Inspection from environmental health might help this lot will make you ill if not carefulPossibly manager has Covid and left Clown 🤡 in charge

It's been 2yrs since I last visited the willow farm.. The last time I visited before covid it wasn't the best experience and was hoping for a lovely Sunday afternoon dinner with me and the wife...Well you didn't disappoint!!! What a dreadful meal.. The wife wanted cheese and onion pie which said from the carvery but when we got there you had to order it so she decided to go for the turkey. Whilst the chef was putting it on plate I noticed it was pink in the middle which put the wife off straight away.. Let's keep away from the salmonella part eh!!I opted for the beef which by the time I had taken my first chew decided to take my trainers off and tuck into them instead as was more tender!! The mash was tasteless, parsnips were burnt to a sinder and by the time I got to the roastys well they weren't roastys just a pile of mush at bottom of bowl.. Luckily for me a new bowl just came out. Then I was suprised to see the chef pour the old mushed roastys onto the new ones that had just come out!??... Anyway there's plenty of carvery restaurants around and I guarantee it will be a minimum of 2yrs till I visit again, hopefully the butcher gets replaced along with the chef that serves salmonella turkey!!!!

Absolutely amazing service from the initial phone call booking the Xmas Fayre. Arrived today December 4th 2021 with the whole family for our first Xmas dinner of the year, the table was decorated so beautifully, we were welcomed in and seated quickly, Andrea personally attended to us straight away with checking the menu choices. Starters and main were amazingly delicious and served so efficiently. All the staff were super friendly, such excellent customer service, was a family friendly atmosphere. We each took a large piece of cakeaway.. Andrea...thank you and all of your staff for an amazing Xmas Fayre.. you are all FABULOUS !!!

This was our first time at Willow Farm and we will most definitely be back. We had the Festive Menu today and our experience was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Andrea, especially, just made our experience that much better. What an absolute diamond she is and a credit to Willow Farm. Thank you so much. As I said, we will definitely be back!
