While strolling tthrough Hexham came upon this restaurant.Decided on the spot to have dinner and this wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff with knowledge of what they serve and the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!The Chef keeps a sharp eye on what's going on and explained at our table about the food.No wonder the place is always full with customers.Wonderfull experience and will certainly go back !

We have eaten at “award winning” restaurants up here in Scotland but Zyka in Hexham really is the best by far. The restaurant decor is lovely and from the moment you walk in through the door there is an air of calm and professional hospitality evident. The staff are so friendly and attentive it was a pleasure to be there. The food was obviously cooked fresh and tasted fabulous. Hoping to return there soon. Thank you guys. Muir & Eddie.

Hands down, the best curry I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to a few good Indian restaurants. Melt in the mouth Venison with Garam Masala. We were half way through the starters yesterday when we decided to book a table for tonight. The Pheasant dish was also superb. If ever you’re near Hexham, call in at Zyka Indian restaurant.
