Caffe Nero - Guisborough in Redcar and Cleveland

Brilliant service, really lovely facilities however tea was shocking

Very friendly, great for us we can take our dog in. Coffees pretty good but the tea isn't very good quality.

I've given 5 stars due to splendid customer service from the young man behind the counter on Thursday 19th May.

Good quick service with pleasant staff members. The had to work hard as there only seemed to be 2 there and the flow of customers was steady. Always a good coffee here.

Good food. Great drinks. Always clean and tidy. Don't have long to wait for orders.

The best coffee and polite and friendly staff.

The coffee was good but also the staff were chatty and pleasant which makes a refreshing change

Excellent, staff friendly helpful and seem happy in their work. Place was clean and tidy.

I always enjoy coming here. The staff are always friendly and the coffe is excellent. The actual shop is a nice place to go as well, and it's quite airy. Highly recommended.

Excellent coffee, definitely my favourite of the main coffee chains. Venue is spacious and seating options comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient.
