The girls make wonderful food. I personally loved the Kinder milkshake and nutella waffle. However, as I was enjoying my meal, I overheard some outrageous attitude towards the girls who were doing a incredible job. The male manager around 30 seemed rather out of order and unfair. The food was very good, except the treatment of the hard working staff ruined the experience.

Loved this place, especially because it is not only desert restaurant, bit they also serve yummy jacket potatoes, paninies and toasties.Deserts were really yummy, good service and nice atmosphere

Went for ice cream. Was totally worth it. One rest room was out of service which increased traffic on the one working. But the ambience, the ice cream and staff were all amazing. Got served by Beth and she's superb! Iike sunshine on a rainy. Certainly going back.

Great atmosphere Ice cream parlour, Rock n Roll music playing, really lifts you up. Love the mint chop chip Ice cream. Also the hot cookie dough with ice cream looks great. Would recommend.

Took my grand daughters on Saturday and we had a voucher for 10% off as the girls had been in the play area upstairs. Only to be told voucher wasn't valid as it's school holidays. Since when did the kids go to school on a Saturday? School week is Monday to Friday and yes it was only 10% discount but as there were 4 of us it would have made quite a difference. Just a con to get unsuspecting parents in, didn't want to upset the girls by saying they couldn't have what they wanted. Place was bitter cold, front door wedged wide open. Ice cream was nice but so are most places in Redcar.

Took wife and kids to sit in at about 7pm. Google says they close at 9. One girl greeted us, asked us to wait while she cleaned a table for us, sat us down, gave us menus. Kids chose what they wanted. Then after our 10 minute wait another girl came and told us sorry but were closed. So there's me and wife and two disappointed kids. If they close at 7, fair enough, let people know that. Don't welcome them in, make them wait for a table, give them a menu, then kick them out. No worries, there are enough places around to treat the kids. I'll just take them for dessert at longacre or voyager or any of the myriad of other actual decent places in the area.

First time in any ice cream parlour and this one is great. Fabulous decor and great music playing, a real 50s/60s kinda feel going on. Staff are friendly and efficient. Oh, and the ice creams are pretty good too! I had a salted caramel & chocolate sundae, whilst my partner had a vanilla with famous lemon top. Definitely recommend to try at least once, we'll be back next time we're in Redcar!
