Placed an order tonight..pizza,chips and cheesecake dessert..dessert was frozen solid,rang up to query,to be told 'thats how we do it' never known that before..could of gone to iceland..customer service is absolutely shocking..going to trading standards as dessert is not advertised as being served frozen solid.

Ordered chips and garlic and there was literally the smallest dribble of garlic on the chips disappointed

Parmesan was burnt for a third time. garlic bread had no taste of garlic at all. staff were extremely rude. rang to explain about order and they didn’t care, didn’t offer any help. Food was cold and missing items. And took ridiculous amount of time to arrive!

Food good as usual but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Placed the order just after 7.00pm via their website to be collected at 8.10pm, arrived on time to find the order had not been prepared. Had to remind the person behind the counter about the order as people were coming in placing an order and receiving their food ahead of me, finally received it at 8.40pm. Their excuse, they were busy and their resolution to the problem was nothing other than an apology. Too little in my opinion.

Good food as always, been going to this place for years. But recently they have hired someone on the phones perfectly polite but I was on the phone for 10 minutes just to make an order I make nearly weekly that normally takes 1 minute. Was an extremely frustrating call to make and puts me off calling up at all this has been going on for weeks now and there's been no improvement
