Ordered tonight and without exaggeration the food when in the bin. The enter order, one full bolagnase parmesan which was very burnt and rock hard the chips warmed up from last night that was obvious the half hot shot parmesan was exactly the same and the .salad was rotten 20 quid order don't waste your money hrre

My pizza has just arrived in less than 25 min, piping hot and crispy edges. Delicious as usual. Best pizzas in redcar. Love my Italian meat pizza. Thank you.

Made a big blunder with our order in which one of us weren't eating and said they weren't going to bring the correct food because they were too busy.We're a 5 minute drive from them 😆 staff and management about as interested as each other.Makes you wonder what care is put into the storage and prep of your food when nobody cares if you even get it 😷😷

We ordered two full parmos but the parmos were the same size as half parmos. Chips were rubbish and we ordered kebab meat on them both but we didn't receive it, not even half a box of salad and waited nearly two hours for a disappointment. Never ever ordering from here again!

The worst experience , not fresh old, crisps donna meat , the parmo was curled and rubberyWont answer phone ! Disgusting , avoid at all costs as i wouldn't dare to think if younwojld get poorly.

Never buying from here again. The pizza box was soaking and nearly ripped, the pizza barely had a base, all the cheese had came off the pizza and was mushed into one side, the chips had wet paper stuck on them and drinks were warm.

Not impressed at all with the parmos. OK, there was a lot of it but then again I threw most of it away. The chicken itself had a weird consistency, parts of it seemed normal and then other parts rubbery. Not sure if it was microwaved or what. It just didn't feel right so in the bin it went. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite and the shop appeared clean.

We have used gourmet before and always enjoyed the food. This time the pizza, chips, garlic bread and salad all disappointed. All just too bland. We also had pandora's box which fortunately was very tasty, but couldn't save the day especially as we had asked (and paid for) a splash of saffron mayo, which we didn't get. The website also says free delivery for orders over £8 but a £1 delivery charge was added to the bill. Overall a poor meal and it will be a long time (if ever) before we use gourmet again.
