Happiness Inn in Redcar and Cleveland

The orders always right and the food is always perfect. Never had any problems and I order once sometimes twice a week.

Great little restaurant staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty. Ordered here quite a few times and the delivery time is always fast. Highly recommend this place

Food was tasteless and meat was horrible. Salt and pepper chips didn't even have the slightest taste and were stale like they'd been cooked a few times. Won't be ordering from here again,

Absolutely ridiculous - Order wasn't put through because the girl on the phone was horrible. Food is usually okay and fast delivery usually but the girl on the phone is incapable of anything - not taking orders, no apologies, no no customer service. Absolutely ridiculous how they have been protecting the young girl on the phone who has been twisting the story - we had 3 people listening in and know facts. Would usually recommend, just think they could have done more for customer service.

Best food I have ever had would highly recommend if you wanting Chinese omg worth the money and wait been few times and every time it's amazing and tbh you dont wait that long considering but best food I ever had amazing

It was the first time I have used this place, I was stuck for the night in Redcar, I asked Google where the nearest shops were and this came up with 2 others, I picked this one and found it to be very good, Peking ribs and a Yung Chow fried rice, both were pretty tasty 😋 I would go again next time I am in Redcar.

Love the place. Best prawn toast around. The chicken satay sticks are lovely. And the chipa/curry and rice delicious!

Hello Happiness Inn, my comments are as follows........Your food is exceptional except for your chips.They are twice fried usually and just taste of old oil. Nasty.Especially when your fresh mains are so good.Timing is not so good. I have had orders an hour and a half early and forty five minutes late.Portion sizes are amazingly good value. A tip - you could quite easily half your portion of prawn crackers - especially the free ones.Overwhelming really good food. But........... Please get your chips right. They are HORRIBLE at the moment.
