Usually always have a great experience here but not this time. I had ordered the salt and pepper tofu as I'm vegetarian but recieved a mixture of salt and pepper tofu and some sort of fish. Couldn't visually tell the difference and waa livid to find fish in my meal. Rang up to tell them and didn't even recieve and offer for a refund! What if someone had this and had an allergy?! All of it went straight in the bin and we will not be ordering from here again.

Advised 45vminutes, 3 calls later and it arrives after 90 mins. Delivery driver has poor attitude, food luke warm. When called takeaway offered a free meal next time and when complained about delivery man they said we believe you! Not happy still had to pay full price

Brilliant food and brilliant customer service. Food always comes piping hot and very quick. Would definitely recommend this place for food.

It was an enjoyable meal, chicken a little over cooked, prawn on toast a little salty this time, arrived in the time they said it would. We still enjoyed it. I will still order from here again

First time with this takeaway and very disappointed. Meals were tasteless and for £40 - gutted! So much was thrown away as the family didn't want to eat it 🤷🏻‍♂️ won't be ordering again.

I've been going to jade city for over a year now and not once have they messed up my meal. Sometime they run late but that's understandable when running a busy business that can have up to 40-60 meals called in with in the space of 3 hours. The food is always good and they have the best curries in guisbrough.

They're very hit and miss. They misdeliver or 'forget' certain meals or appetisers from your order. Then they take another 30 minutes to bring the rest of your order, ruining your meal, which isn't cheap. They often deliver much later than they quote as well. The food itself is amazing, so you've gotta decide if the risk of having half of your order or your meal ruined is worth it.
