McDonald's in Redcar and Cleveland

Visit every Sunday afternoon (drive through) for a happy meal which is just the right size meal for me (over 60) and then drive 5 minutes, park up and guarantee 50% of the time the chips are cold or just slightly warm ! last week they were still cold in the middle! oh and if not mentioned at the time of order the sauce is missing too!

Lovely clean McDonalds, child friendly, wonderful staff, great variety of food, and good value for money!! 😊

Not so friendly personal here in this Mcdonald restaurant.Waiting for order about 15 min on 23:30 and nobody was there just me and my girlfriend.Only 1 thing was good the Order was in separate bag.

Not great. We've had numerous orders (via the drive-thru) wrong when we get home. Called up and got a free meal next time but it seems to happen far too much. Also, the milkshakes seem to be off more than they're on - machine is broken 'again' the staff say!! 🤷‍♂️

Place was too busy, not enough staff on serving and those that were are focus3d on getting the delivery orders out, not the customers stood in front of them. When finally got my food and drove away, the fries were soft, soggy, limp and cold. No shakes or mcflurries.

Orders come incomplete. Missing straw, sauces and wrong items along with food that was incorrectly prepared. Have given McDonalds good custom but no more. I've had enough with the lack of attention the staff pay to customers.

Not impressed with the amount of waiting time for food!!! Ordered food at the self service machine which failed to produce a receipt, when I approached a member of staff I was reproached because I failed to notice my order number, she could not get me a reprint of my receipt, really??? Having worked in retail I know you can!!! There was general disbelief that I had made an order until I produced the evidence of monies taken on my banking app then and only then did they inform me of my food order number. Also there was gangs of teenagers loitering and being quite intimidating so whats the point of having security staff if they are not going to disperse them from hanging about????

One portion of our fries were missing completely. Shared ours with our daughter, even though half of our portion was missing in the first place. Then didn't eat the ones I had anyway, because they tasted like they'd been cooked in really old oil. They were cold and soggy, revolting. Both burgers was freezing and literally thrown together. The lettuce in the burgers was wilted and brown. The worst takeout I've had. It was disgusting, like it had been sat there for several hours first. Will not be using again. This is not a one off. They never get order right, ever, and never put any effort into it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely shocking manners bar the lass that was on window one got home and found lettuce which I am allergic to in my burger I know it’s only a small pice but when you tell them no lettuce you expect no lettuce
