Mcdonald's Restaurants in Redcar and Cleveland

It's McDonald's. It is what it is. Odd how often in the drive through we've had to 'pull into bay 1' though. But it's fine.

Orders come incomplete. Missing straw, sauces and wrong items along with food that was incorrectly prepared. Have given McDonalds good custom but no more. I've had enough with the lack of attention the staff pay to customers.

Every time you go to any mcds the plain burgers always cold been left on a plate to keep warm when cooked

One portion of our fries were missing completely. Shared ours with our daughter, even though half of our portion was missing in the first place. Then didn't eat the ones I had anyway, because they tasted like they'd been cooked in really old oil. They were cold and soggy, revolting. Both burgers was freezing and literally thrown together. The lettuce in the burgers was wilted and brown. The worst takeout I've had. It was disgusting, like it had been sat there for several hours first. Will not be using again. This is not a one off. They never get order right, ever, and never put any effort into it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Seemed like an okay place but over the counter you could see food that was dropped but not taken care of. Even some members of staff were sliding around within the kitchen due to the grease and stuff on floor.

Friendly staff no complaints there. Drive thru is sometime a bit slow. Pretty decent food.

If no stars was an option I'd of gone for that! Incorrect orders everytime. Amazed at how they can manage to get every order we've ever placed wrong in someway. Best off driving to Skelton if you want a nearly correct order!

Yes McDonalds is a favourite of mine. I enjoy my meals here and I must say that their chips are better than any other take out meals. I would definitely recommend it to have a good quality meal here. I give it 10/10

Absolutely shocking manners bar the lass that was on window one got home and found lettuce which I am allergic to in my burger I know it’s only a small pice but when you tell them no lettuce you expect no lettuce

I don't like going in here any more as there's always a long wait due to the number of Just Eat etc orders. It's a small space full of drivers playing on phones...no masks...and why can't their orders be dealt with separately? The staff are lovely...obviously busy but still friendly. 20 mins I waited last time
