This place is literally the definition of ces pit. Their food hygiene is appalling and there has been numerous reports of rats in the kitchen. Their timing is ridiculous and talking to the owner about an issue you have with an order is like talking to a brick wall. Horrible place. Do not order from here unless you have a death wish

I'm not sure why I bother ordering from here. Always such a long wait for food which arrives barely warm and it's not the cheapest. Won't be ordering again.

Really disappointed, long wait, 45 mins passed the advised delivery time. Food cold, not sure how you can go wrong with a Chow Mein. Phoned to ask if the order had left and could they contact driver to request approx delivery time. Advised by assistant too busy, not good service and not good food. I would not recommend.

Avoid at all cost we ordered a meal at 18.00 yesterday when it finally arrived at 19.20 part of the order was missing I phoned to explain what was missing they said they would sort it and send it out to us at 20.45 we phoned again he said it would be with us soon we phoned a 3rd time at 21.25 he said it would be here in 15 minutes at 21.50 we phoned AGAIN he said it should be there any min. At 22.10 we phoned he said sorry it left the restaurant at 21.00 and they is nothing he could do we paid online he refused to give us a refund or even part refund for the missing items. Myself and my 9yr old daughter was waiting 4plus hours for a meal which didn’t turn up she was starving and upset I recommend not using this take away they don’t care about customers

Waited 2 hours. Everytime I rang up to see whereabouts the food was they kept saying it was on its way. I had 3 children to feed. Got to 8pm and had to cancel the order, so I could sort something else out. If they had said it was 2 hours wait we could have tried elsewhere. Our order was over £35 so I expect better customer service. Try another Takeaway.

Waited almost 3 hours to have to sit through 20 minutes of the food hub live chat service just to finally see that the order would be an extra 20 minutes, shocking service, I'd expect that somewhere that says they deliver within an hour to actually deliver within an hour, not 3, writing this while i still haven't received the food, so still have no idea of how long it will actually take to get here, likely won't order from again.

3 out of our last 4 orders had a 1 hour delivery time. Both of those times got updated as "delayed", 5 minutes before the delivery was expected. The delay was a half an hour delay and still took a further 40 minutes. The food is nice and well priced, they just need to sort their delivery scheduling out. There's nothing worse than finishing work and having to wait nearly 2 hours for food. Save yourself the hassle and order from one of the many many other Chinese takeaways in the area.

First time ordering, what arrived didn’t look right, opened the chips to what I could only describe as cardboard cold sticks and some how moist to touch, second I opened the salt and pepper chicken to my amazement I could count the Chicken pieces in one glance for the size of the box I would say it was half full, what was remaining was totally over cooked and very dry to the point I decided not to eat, last but not least I opened the special house chow main, total mush with unrecognisable meat looked the worse cuts possible with only one prawn for the whole dish.I rang and complained, lady on the phone was understanding and offered a full refund which I will go and collect and stay well clear.Stay well clear of this place

Great service, nice large portions. Best of all, their premises are completely Covid-19 compliant, so it's easy to get served as a walk-in customer.Their meals are always well cooked and properly packaged.
