My friend and I popped in for lunch and although it was part of the Weatherspoon chain it seemed to have it's own identity. The staff were friendly, the drinks were at a reasonable price and the food was very good, also reasonably priced and decent sized portions. I'd definitely recommend The Plimsoll Line is you are in the area.

Fast Service And Tastey Food Nice Staff And Good Atmosphere

Table sticky, chair sticky, floor dirty. The disabled toilet / baby change was honestly filthy - had been 7 hours since last recorded hourly cleaning check - but far far more serious was general long term dirt. What might the kitchen be like that is unseen? I was unwell after eating within about half an hour.Didn't used to be like this...

Cant beat it. Good prices, grait food. Hallommie fries are amazing

Great pub great staff... My only complaint would be the fact they don't have John Smiths... Or tetleys bitter... But the excellent Guinness made up for that..

We ordered the chicken bites and a bowl of chips too much for one person but really lovely my sonhad curry rice nan bread and poppadoms I can't say they could have done any better really lovely food lady who served us nice and polite

Been to some lovely wetherspoons pubs but this is the worst one. Terrible staff and food. Looks like it needs a deep clean, looks filthy all over.Wouldn't recommend. Try paying the extra and going to the pub over the road or restaurants nearby which are all lovely but this is the lowest of the low.Keep finding those beer flies everywhere on us after showering and everything and covered in bites from there.

Ordered food and drink at 18:04 using the app which they encouraged.18:24 still no food or drink so went and asked the bar staff what was happening. Got given my drink ( which was left standing at the bar for a good 10 minutes before hand). and I pointed out which table I was on for my food.19:04 went to the bar again to see where my burger was and got told that it hadn't even been put in. I left after this.

Date night at Plimsoll line. Food was great staff provided quick service. Would have preferred a separate seating area. All COVID guidelines were in place. Only thing was we were sat near front entrance and lots of people were having a good time a very loud. But it’s expected being a busy place. Affordable, great food and cocktails, highly recommended.

Another excellent experience. Came in at tea-time, Friday, for a meal with mam and dad. Quite busy but served extremely quickly by an effecient and friendly member of staff. The meals came super quick and the fish was hanging over the plate. Great quality and value for money and just as tasty if not better than the fish shops in town.Cannot praise the staff enough, keep up the outstanding work!
