Was very pleasant and had a welcoming atmosphere. Was shown to a table for a meal, was tidy and clean, staff very helpful.Only down point was, football was on, and a group of lads, sat behind us, watching the football. Now, with numerous TV's within the building, we felt awkward with the in the restaurant section, drinking and talking loudly whilst we were having a meal.Apart from that, I would have awarded 5 stars.

Not bad had curry and had bajies and the batter was raw in the middle apart from that the service was good and the chocolate fudge cake was amazing

Lots of food sold out .children's nachos were spicy red hot .no mention of there been spices on the child's menue .duty manager said they were made on the morning same as adults be there was extra spice sprinkled all over children's plates . hence nobody eat them .adults say red hot on .children's have no mention of spice on them. not good .children could be allergic to spice

Lovely place. Food was delicious. Buy a big plate break and get a starter or dessert free on Thursdays. Highly recommended.

Went here for a late lunch with my sister and brother in law. We were able to choose our table, we browsed the menu then went and ordered our lunch. It was easy to do and we ordered our drinks at the same time. When lunch arrived it was lovely, we all ordered something different and we all ate everything the food was hot and plentiful, and very tasteful. No one tried to hurry us up, it was a great lunch and a lovely place to enjoy a pleasurable afternoon.

Having had Christmas lunch here a couple of years previous (pre lockdown) and loved the experience so much, we as a family decided to book up here again this year. Unfortunately the experience was far from a repeat of the first time! From the moment we sat down we felt rushed through our meal....The staff were hovering around constantly, making the whole experience uncomfortable. We were told by a member of staff that as soon as the last person left then they could clear up and go home and that was definitely evident! On top of that, the food wasn't great... the Yorkshire puddings were pure stodge, the vegetables undercooked and hard, and mum actually left her whole dinner as she couldn't face eating it. The meal was meant to be rounded of with coffee, mince pies and after dinner mints which we never got. I did mention our issues at the time but nothing was offered as a way of an apology, not even verbally. It advertised that if you booked up by a certain date you would receive money off vouchers too and yet we havent received those either...all in all a very, very poor show

Excellent deals and consistent quality keep up coming back here. So many places are nice one week and terrible the next, you can count on a minimum of a decent meal here if not a pretty great one. 2 for £10 is a bargain!
