Abra Pizzas in South Tyneside

This was a lovely pizza! It was reasonably priced and ready to collect within 10 minutes. I'll be going back!

So we placed a order, to get told it would be over 1 hour wait, rang numerous times after 2 hours wait, and still no order turns up, to get told they would ring the driver to see where our order is, and still nothink, really bad customer service how yous get custom is beyond me, so then after coming 2 nd a half hours later for 1 pizza, my crackers were better to say yhe least;

Thank you so much for our delivery last night. What a great surprise!! You still have the best Parmos in the country, piping hot and delivered fast and with a cheerful face! Merry Christmas. X

Love the food from here , the service is top notch best late night much in Shields

used to order from here 3 times a week to office and home had, 3 bad orders in a row so rang up to let them know, what the issues where. told them i wasn't trying to get a refund or anything for free, and that i was just letting them know so my next order wasn't a bad one. since then they will not answer my calls. even from my mobile they will not answer. they must make to much money for them not to have to worry about loosing £40/£50 a week from a customer and the people they tell not to order from there

Rude and disrespectful on the phone shouting after they went to the WRONG ADDRESS screaming at us to come down to the shop. Very bad customer service. I've seen better service at McDonalds

Wasnt the best pizza or the worst. Ordered twice both times order wasnt what i'd asked for. On the plus side its open till 3a.m. if it wasnt it would of got 2 stars.

Placed our order on the app, luckily we were going to pay by cash because we turned up after 15 mins, google said open and order went through fine....turned up....shop was closed and locked up. Confused indeed but we were lucky that we were going to pay cash. Update, they are closed on Mondays

Im not sure weather ot was because we ordered at 11.50 or what but the food was an hour late and some of the order was inncorrect but we waited that long we made do. But what we did get was ok so may try again and order earlier see what happens.

Missed items off order and when rang to get this sorted, was told they couldn't find order. When told I could prove what was ordered to them, they found the order but said it would be quite a while before the driver could come back with our stuff. When asked for a time limit, they wouldn't give one. Asked for a refund but they weren't helpful with providing it. Pizza was not cut up at all and was stale and chips were cold, hard and dry.
